Hey all the new "Live" from Hosshead Central album by Jimmy Miles was recorded in Nashville, Tennessee on February 22nd, 03. Was a great time and a wild weekend.

The recording was attended by Waylon fans, dubbed 'Hossheads' from all over the U.S. and Canada. Also as a great surprise and quite a treat I got to meet the lovely Jessi Colter. The album is being produced by Waylon's son, Buddy Jennings.

Can you imagine the pressure and the honor of playing Waylon songs in front of his son, fans that have followed Waylon around the country, and also one of Waylon's guitar players was a guest for part of the night, Billy Ray Reynolds, a nice and cool guy.

The 'Live' part is done and now the engineer and producer will be heading for the studio to do final mixing and mastering.

Not sure yet what songs will make the final cut of 12 songs but we performed and recorded 40 songs that night including 16 songs that were covered by Waylon.
