Hi Kenna,

You needed to go in and "downgrade" your membership to the free one. The system automatically put a hold on your account since you didn't pay. I just did it manually so you should be banck up and working. Please let me know if there are any problems.

Hi Kenna,

Regarding your email question, since you have "downgraded", your email box is now limited to 3 megs and you are currently over that. That is why you are not getting emails at this time.
