The ESP LTD Surveyor-400 Bass is a solidly built, bolt-on construction electric bass guitar that features a double cutaway design. Sculpted lower bout gives you some elbow room while you play making it easier to get to those higher notes on the fretboard. It is a standard scale (34") model with a "U" shaped contoured maple neck so all 21 XJ jumbos are accessible to players of all hand sizes. The swamp ash body is topped with elegant quilted maple, and chrome hardware, including the ESP tuners, control knobs for the B-30 Rev-S 3-band EQ and mini switch coil tap bridge pickup. The Wilkinson licensed bridge is a mix of chrome and brass while the EMG MMTW bridge pickup and 35P4 neck active pickup provide are black, giving you even more contrasts visually.
