The Allen & Heath GL2800M, is a dedicated monitor console offering an easy to use, innovative tool set for simultaneously mixing large numbers of wedges and in-ears. With the benefits of personal freedom, a tailored mix for each musician and a quiet stage, IEM (in ear monitor) monitor systems have become increasingly popular with performers and engineers alike. With its 16 mixes and true stereo IEM capability, the GL2800M is able to handle many combinations of wedge and in-ears, and even includes a built-in mic splitter. The engineer is provided with dual listen wedge/IEM monitoring as well as a host of useful tools for setting up the system.

The GL2800M provides tamper-proof global mono/stereo assignment of its 16 mixes (8 stereo in-ears mixes). Each stereo mix has level and pan control as well as stereo AFL signal checking for quick mixing without compromise and lets you balance every source including ambiance within the stereo image according to the preference of each performer. The GL2800M is packed with innovative features. Using the best Allen &Heath analogue technology it offers great sound and reliability with an intuitive, walk-up-and-go layout in a space saving, ruggedly built chassis.
