Apogee Duet FireWire Interface
The Duet is a two-channel FireWire audio interface that features the amazing sound quality that made Apogee Electronics famous. With control functions built directly into Apple's Logic Pro, Soundtrack Pro and GarageBand software, Duet empowers you to create professional recordings effortlessly on your Mac.

With Apogee Duet, you can plug in guitars, keyboards, and microphones to record your music, or simply experience how much better your favorite tracks in iTunes sound. Duet is compact and powered by FireWire, so you can pack up your studio and go anywhere your music takes you.

Royalty-free Apple Loops let you build a rhythm, grab a melodic phrase, or simply sketch out an arrangement. Any loop you choose will automatically change key and tempo to match your project. Real Instrument loops, also known as blue loops, are integrated into your project as audio files and can be edited like any audio region. And Software Instrument loops, or green loops, allow you to fully edit the instrument, effect, and original MIDI performance. Apple Loops give you plenty of creative fuel—you can even use Apple Loops Utility to create and tag your own loops.

More than 1000 sampled instruments
Logic Express is packed with beautifully sampled EXS instruments. Build your song with authentic strings, horns, woodwinds, guitars, pianos, basses, harp, choir, synthesizers, tonewheel and pipe organs, acoustic and electric drum kits, and orchestral and world instruments. More than 2500 presets for plug-ins.

You don't have to be a sound engineer to take advantage of the enormous range of plug-ins that come with Logic Express. Just rely on the plug-in settings (designed by sound engineers) to get great sounds right out of the box. Fostex PM0.4 Powered Studio Monitors – Pair
Diminutive in size, but with a sound that has to be heard to be believed, the PM0.4 is naturally recommended for desk-top use but its superb audio performance in a compact physical size expands its applications to professional console top studio monitoring, audio installation and portable audio monitoring. Features 36 watts of bi-amped power, UFLC 16mm soft dome HF unit, 100mm LF woofer and overall volume control.

Electrics:
The PM0-4 monitor features internal bi-amplification employing two state-of-the-art amplifiers which are precisely calibrated to match the performance of the drive units and use high quality discrete bipolar output devices:HF 18w, LF 18w. High-capacity power supply units are used for excellent transient response. PM0.4 offers TRS and Line inputs

High Frequency Unit:
The soft dome tweeters employ Fostex's UFLC technology (Poly Urethane Film Laminated Cloth) to achieve light weight and high stability performance.

Low Frequency Unit:
Uses a mixture of cut and milled fibers made from aromatic polyamide impregnated with resins to simultaneously achieve high rigidity and optimum damping. An olefin film is thermally adhered to its surface to control frequency response and ensure reliability. Distortion is minimized by the use of an ultra-pure copper voice coil.

Audio-Technica AT2041SP – AT2020 and AT2021 Microphone Pack
The Audio-Technica AT2041SP Microphone Pack gives you 2 studio condenser microphones for use in your recordings. They deliver versatility and durability with remarkable specs and superior build. The critically acclaimed AT2020 is a side-address mic for vocal and instrument applications, while the AT2021 small-diaphragm condenser microphone is a natural for solo acoustic instruments and vocal and drum overheads. Each mic offers a wide dynamic range and handles high SPLs with ease. An innovative pivoting stand mount is included along with a microphone clip and protective pouches.

Using proven Audio-Technica technology, 20 Series microphones deliver great performance for digital and analog recording at a low price. Audio-Technica's stringent quality/consistency standards set both microphones apart from other mics in their class. Both Audio-Technica mics require phantom power.

MS-220 Tripod Mic Stand with Fixed Boom
The MS-220 Tripod Microphone Stand has a thread adapter and tubular legs. Its adjustable height from floor to top thread is 35" to 61-7/8". The 30-1/4" fixed boom is not adjustable.
