The heart of the TD-6S is the TD-6V Percussion Sound Module. Going beyond the flash black look and cool blue LCD screen, this 64-voice module is loaded with 1,024 of Roland's best drum and percussion sounds and 262 backing instruments. Upgraded pads and cymbals

The electronic drum set includes Roland's popular PD-X8 mesh V-Pad with dual-triggering capability for playing separate snare and rim sounds. For the toms, the PD-8 rubber pads with dual-trigger support let you play rim shots. The PD-8 is also used for the hi-hat to produce expressive bow/edge sounds. The CY-8 cymbals offer swinging motion with great response, separate bow/edge triggering, and choke capabilities. Their look and feel closely resemble acoustic cymbals.

Upright kick trigger

The KD-8 Kick Trigger Pad's vertical design not only gives you great feel compared to reverse-type triggers, but it also reduces trembling so you get nothing but solid kick sounds. The KD-8 will even accommodate double bass pedals.

The FD-8 Hi-Hat Controller gives you more authentic sound with smooth transitions between open and closed.
