The 7 inner plies of maple ensure the quality tone you've come to expect from Pork Pie, and the outer ply is a spectacular new exotic—olive ash. This ply features a hand applied, hand rubbed oil finish. The bearing edges are personally cut by Bill Detamore, founder and president of Pork Pie, and then sanded by hand. The shell features chrome-plated brass tube lugs, 2.3mm hoops, Remo heads, and Pork Pie high-quality snare wires.
