The acoustic piano sounds incorporate GEM's acclaimed patented physical modeling algorithms like Damper Physical Model, Natural String Resonance, advanced Release Technology and Filter Algorithm Dynamic Emulation (FADE). Simply put, this exclusive technology faithfully reproduces the natural acoustic properties of a real acoustic piano, resulting in what we believe to be the most realistic piano tone and feel ever created.

The internal database includes high standard PCM sounds with accurate stereo and mono samples, among which is the famous Fazioli concert grand F308. The exclusive algorithms and physical models for real time sound generation allows the GEM PRP800 to reproduce the mythical vintage sounds of famous electronic pianos such as Rhodes, Wurlitzer and Clavinet with superb reality. 32 sounds (16 presets + 16 variations) are available and can be used in different modes: Single, Split (with programmable split point) and Layer. The effects section includes 4 reverbs and 4 modulation (user editable) effects that enhance the overall sound.
