Noiseless pickups and a flashy coat.
This 1950s Stratocaster NOS Masterbuilt is a one-off from The Fender Custom Shop crafted by Master Builder
Todd Krause.
This Custom Shop creation is based on a mid-50s Strat with some modern modifications. As an NOS (new old
stock), it has the unblemished look as if the guitar was purchased new in the '50s and had been recently discovered tucked
away in a closet. It has a select alder body with a arresting finish of transparent orange with 23K gold leaf underneath that
pickups up the light and makes the color glow. The gold hardware adds to the sheen. The tinted 1-piece maple neck has a satin
back with a 10/56 "V" back-shape, a slightly softer V introduced by Fender in October of 1956 (10/56).. The 9.5" radius fretboard
has tall, narrow 6105 jumbo frets. The pickup array has been updated with a trio of vintage Noiseless Strat single-coils that
give you all the classic Strat tones including "in between" without the hum. Includes a vintage tweed hardshell case and
certificate of authenticiy.
