The Ibanez Matt Bachand signature MBM2 electric guitar features an archtop mahogany body, and a 24-fret rosewood fretboard on a 3-piece bolt-on maple neck. The MBM2 guitar has a special Bachand designed neck profile, and an Ibanez Gibraltor standard bridge, die-cast tuners, cosmo black hardware and Matt's evil skull graphic.

The Ibanez Matt Bachand signature guitar is loaded with the EMG active pickups that have defined the sound of metal rock guitar. In the bridge position is an EMG-81with a ceramic magnet with a razor sharp attack and incredible sustain for brilliant soloing. The Ibanez guitar's neck position has an EMG-60, which also has a ceramic magnet, but has a distinctive crunch sound with a lot of mid-range for those grungy rhythms. Controlling this beast couldn't be easier with a single volume control and a 3-way toggle pickup selector.
