Mahogany back and sides produce thick dynamic sound, with a good balance of fundamentals and overtones for higher-register soloing.

The mahogany neck adds a slight softness to the PRS Angelus guitar's well-rounded tone. The set neck maintains the guitar's structural integrity, so there's no drop-off in tone. You hear the full richness of this amazing guitar with every strum. The sleek-looking cocobolo bridge and fingerboard offer lasting sustain.

The wide-neck, 1-3/4" nut width, and 12" radius offer comfort for intricate movements along the guitar's 21 frets. Robson hand-machined tuners keep the Angelus guitar precisely in tune.

A PRS acoustic pickup system provides easy amplification and natural emulation of the guitar's tone. The volume knob is mounted just inside the soundhole. The onboard preamp uses two 9-volt batteries to provide massive headroom that's highly useful in live situations.
