Right off the bat, I have to say that track
4 freaked me out! Towards the end you have horse sounds,
and a dog bark! Daniel has put together a nice little project
CD, sounds like he uses a little keyboard with a build in
rhythm section, picking the style and hitting the start button.
On top of it he plays guitar - most of the time – and sings.
He actually has a decent voice, and a very creative concept,
but doesn’t quite land it right in quality.
The CD definitely is not what some people are going to want
to buy. But, if you know Daniel Gray, support his idea and
dream, and maybe he can step it up next time with a clearer
recording, better instrument sounds, and actually get a real
recording project out. I will give Daniel an “A” for Effort.
